The competition has no connection to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram or Facebook.
Not Instagram but the company fejn jewelry, as the host of the Instagram account (fejnjewelry) (short: "host") is the recipientof the information provided by the participant. The information provided will only be used for the competition. Participation in the competition is free and only possible under the conditions listed here.

By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. Multiple participation is possible under the conditions specified in the respective post. The host reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The competitions begin with the publication of the respective competition post and end with the participation period stated in the post. The prize and the corresponding conditions of participation are described in the respective caption or the posts / pages(e.g. follow, like, comment, newsletter registration) A prerequisite for participatingin the competition is that the participant is a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and has reached the age of 18.

The winner will be determined by selection at random under exclusion of the publicat the end of the execution period. Participation in the drawing requires adherence to the above conditions.The winner will be announced at the end of the specified participation period and informed by us by way of the direct message function in Instagram on Instagram or by email.
The main prize will be sent to the winner by post. An exchange, pick-up by the customer or a cash payment of the prize is not possible.

Your data will then be deleted.A transfer of data to third parties does not take place. If you win, you agree to the publication of your profile name or first and last name under which you took part in the competition on Instagram, Facebook and / or in the online shop. The purpose of the publication is to announce the winner of the competition. This data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a message. Your data will then be deleted.

2. Storage period
We store your personal data aslong as this is necessary concerning the decision of the competition. Your datawill then be deleted at the latest after three months, unless you haveconsented to further processing and use and / or we have no legitimate interestin storing it.

If the legal requirements aremet, you have the following rights according to Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: Right toinformation, to
correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing, to dataportability.
